Due to some abusements 10 level restriction has been added to exchange.
In addition, 50k start / beginning 50k gold has been removed and plenty of pots has been added instead.
The reason for such a process is; Some abusive people open thousands of chars and transfer 50k golds to a single account and get an average of 200-300m more unfair gold gains per day. All of these collected golds have been detected and deleted.
